If for any reason you wish to change the used vehicle you bought from Hartwell, you may exchange it once within the first 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever is sooner) as long as it is:
- Returned in exactly the same condition as it was sold (including all options, tyres etc)
- Returned to the supplying Hartwell dealer
- Exchanged at the supplying Hartwell dealer for another vehicle in stock of the same or higher price (customer to pay the difference)
