    What do I do if I want to settle my agreement with Hartwell Finance Ltd?

    Customers can request a settlement figure by contacting Hartwell Finance by letter, email or phone, and quoting their agreement number. We will then be able to send you a settlement Figure by either post, fax or email. Please note that only the customer (as shown on the agreement) can request a settlement figure.

     

    What do I do if I want to change my contact details / bank details?

    Customers can contact Hartwell Finance via phone to change their address or any contact details. Alternatively customers can write in with their existing contact details, and new contact details they wish to be corresponded with. Regarding bank details, please forward us with your current bank's name, sort code and account number, and the new bank name (if applicable) sorting code and account number you wish to have payments taken from.

     

    How can I make a payment on my agreement?

    Payments can be made by Direct Debit, credit card (except American Express), debit card, or by cheque. Please note there is an additional 2% charge on any payment made by credit card.

     

    Where are cheques made payable to?

    Cheques are made payable to Hartwell Finance Ltd. Please write your agreement number on the back of the cheque, as it will establish which customer the settlement figure has come from.
