    We recently purchased a Citroen car through the Motability scheme at Hartwell Chester. From the minute we stepped through the door we were looked after extremely well. We were dealt with by Mr Paul Cosgrove who couldnt have been more helpful. We left there knowing everything we needed to know and I certainly would recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for a car. We live right by a Citroen dealer (Windsors of Wallasey) but don't regret travelling 30 miles to Hartwell as the service is fantastic,a lot of it down to Mr Cosgrove.

    Further to our brief meeting when I bought my third Peugeot recently, I am writing to commend the service I received from your Sales Controller, Karen Kennett.

    I have had dealings with four Peugeot dealers, and the service I received from Karen was exemplary. Her courtesy, knowledge and kindness far exceeded anything I could have reasonably expected. So much so that I spent considerably more on my 207 Verve than I had originally intended!

    I am writing with reference to my recent purchase of a Jaguar car from your dealership in Bristol. I would like to compliment your company and in particular Wayne Clark for the excellent customer service given on this occasion. Despite the efforts of the DVLA to cause a delay in delivery, Wayne gave of what was obviously his own time to ensure my car was delivered personally on the date promised. It is refershing in these times that there are still people prepared to go that extra mile. It is appreciated and I would hope that you will, in turn, pass on my thanks once again for his attention to detail. I can honestly say that in all my years of experience the true worth of a company is shown when things go wrong and how they put them right and it is a pleasant surprise to find that some people do still care.

    This is not an enquiry but a customer service email to congratulate you on the first class treatment I received when I brought my car in for service a few weeks ago.

    The car was due for its 3 year service which was done on the day I telephoned to book it in. This was extremely convenient for me.     I am writing to acknowledge the outstanding level of service I have recieved from two of the staff members in your new car sales dept and also one in the servicing department.

    My wife and I visited your showroom last weekend following a brief telephone conversation with Wayne in the sales dept. We were greeted by Wayne with an exceptional level of welcome and with absolutely no attempt at the 'hard sell' so often prevalent by sales staff in all industries. Wayne was most attentive directing his questions at both me and my wife and listening carefully to both of us

    Sir, I highly commend the members of the team whom I have dealt with over the past week and I sincerely hope you will pass these comments on to them because they should be aware that they offer a service well above and beyond reasonable expectation. People are often inclined to complain about poor service but are too lazy to acknowledge good service, I don't want to fall in to this category.

    My wife and I recently had our cars successfully put through their MOT's at your garage recently and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for providing us with cars over the last seven years that have given us such excellent service.

    As a walk-in customer, not local, no likely future business, I am exceedingly impressed by the way we were treated by all your colleagues, but my unreserved gratitude to the service manager himself for all the effort he took. Furthermore, I even asked him if he had made a mistake when his colleague gave us the bill - it was much less than my local Jaguar dealer, Stratstone, would have charged.

    As this Jaguar, and my toy 1985 XJS, are my 10th and 11th, I have had dealings with many Jaguar dealers, but this is unsurpassed, even when I have known the garages and the engineers - well done.

    Although this was what I believe, is known to be a "Grudge buy", it was largely compensated by the friendly, efficient, indeed generous, efforts by your colleagues. When the Jaguar form appears, it will be my pleasure to reiterate this.
