At first I had my doubts about going back to a Ford Dealer. I rang Dagenham motors on the A10 in Enfield where I brought my car from 10 years ago and was fobbed off with 'try the internet for a local dealer'. The service department I was put through to just didn't seem to be interested. I wasn't even asked to bring my car in. I wanted to contact you to feedback on the whole of my 'Hartwell Experience'.

I want to commend you on the team that I met and 'worked with' when purchasing my DS3.

Initially we were greeted by Charlie - his personality lit up the room and soon we were talking about the cars both on the forecourt and the showroom models.

Before I knew it I was test driving the perfect car for me. Eugene was patient and calm as I threw him into the dashboard on a couple of occasions (clearly the brakes on my old car needed some attention!!). He also took the time to discuss what my 'real' needs were in terms of engine size etc. By the end of the afternoon I had purchased a car.

The hand over 4 days later was great - going through the paperwork was a necessary chore but Eugene made the task feel slick. Then the big unveiling of the car. The care and attention was second to none. Eugene talked me through the functionality of the car and left me with the confidence to pull out onto the roads of Abingdon feeling a million dollars.

I have had a very unpleasant customer service experience with [a competitor on the Motor Park] today.
However, the Ford manager (Abdul) at Oxford Motor Park was the complete opposite and went the extra mile to solve our problem. He deserves recognition for his customer service.
We own a Ford Focus which we are due to replace and we will certainly be replacing it at the Ford showroom in Kidlington in due course.

I would like to thank your service department for a good job on my car as it is a mobility car. I would also like to thank Charley as she did a wonderful job in sorting me a lift home and back to the garage when the service was done. I would like to mention a visit I made to Hartwell Hereford Service Department.

I made arrangements to have my wife's Nissan XTrail for an MOT for the final year of a Motability contract on Monday the 12th September 2011 at 2pm and I wish to say how professional, courteous and smart the receptionist was, I received a warm welcome an update of how long It would take and I was offered coffee whilst I waited.
Good service is rare these days and perhaps you could pass on a compliment to this lady.

I just wanted to convey my thanks to Victoria who oversaw my service yesterday. Everything had been arranged so that i would be given a lift to work after i had dropped off my car for a service.
