The latest Fiat 500 refresh is due to be revealed on 4th July 2015. It will feature fresh styling features as well as new technology. It marks a special date for Fiat, as it will be exactly 58 years since the original 'Cinquecento' 500 was released.
The 2016 Fiat 500 will not be available to buy until the autumn but it looks set to be worth the wait for Fiat enthusiasts. A refreshed exterior design sees changes to the front and back, while you will also find halogen spotlight headlamps and a new dual-bar top grille.
Interior details are yet to be confirmed but it is expected to mirror the 500X upgrades, which will bring it in line with the other supermini city cars on the market. Engine upgrades will meet the Euro 6 emissions requirements, which also helps to make both the petrol and diesel options more efficient.
With more than 500,000 different personalisation options the Fiat 500 is an exceptionally popular car, and more than one million units have been sold across the world since its release in 2007. This latest facelift will be the last refresh until a new generation model is expected to be released in 2017.
