Due to continued growth, we now have multiple opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join us at our head office on Cumnor Hill in Oxford.

What will I be responsible for?

Operating as part of our inbound booking team, the successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for driving positive change within the business, focussing on inbound telephone enquiries and service and MOT bookings. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and processing inbound service enquiry calls
  • Contacting existing customers to remind them of their car being due Service/MOT and booking an appointment for a day for the work to be carried out
  • Informing existing customers of their options regarding the different levels of service available and effectively upselling other promotional products and services
  • Effectively managing workshop diaries
  • Manage, respond and log all incoming enquiries
  • Liaise with customer and workshop in regards to vehicle repair

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

  • Proven call centre / customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A clear telephone voice
  • Highly motivated and able to work to targets
  • Good time management and the ability to work without supervision
  • Be computer-literate, although training in specific company software will be given

Rewards & Benefits

In return for your hard work as a Customer Service Advisor, you be entitled to an OTE of £16,000 and a range of excellent rewards including a workplace pension, staff discounts, 22 days annual holiday.
