Due to this continued success and growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our team in Hereford.

Reporting in to the Administration Manager, the successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Locating and ordering vehicles
  • Vehicle invoicing
  • Registration of new cars using AFRL
  • Maintaining full and accurate stock reports
  • Sales team support and communication
  • Ensuring all documentation relating to vehicle delivery is completed accurately and on time
  • Any ad hoc administrative tasks


The successful Sales Administrator will ideally have previous experience as a Sales Administrator in a busy volume franchise dealer however this is not essential to be considered for this position as training will be provided.

The successful applicant will need to be:

  • Organised, methodical and disciplined
  • Possess excellent attention to detail whilst complying with time restraints
  • IT literate and have good computer skills
