We understand that during the unfolding situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus) you may have questions or concerns regarding your vehicle. Below you will find the very latest information from us and the answers to any queries you may have. We will endeavour to keep this page up-to-date with the very latest information as we respond to this situation.


Following Track and Trace guidance our Dunstable dealership will not be operating between 12 and 24 Feb 2021. Should you have a service/ MOT booking during this time we will be in contact to reschedule. All sales queries are being dealt with remotely via our central sales team who will be able to answer all your questions and advise you as to the most suitable vehicle and finance options (if required) for you.

Following the Government announcement that there is to be a further lockdown from 4 January 2021, we wanted to let you know our plans to continue to operate safely within the new restrictions.

As from 5 January 2021, regretfully we will be closing the remainder of our car and commercial showrooms and external display areas to customers. However, we will be very much open for business albeit that we will have to conduct vehicle sales in the same successful manner as previous tier 4 areas. Our vehicle sales teams will be at our dealerships and available to assist you via telephone, email or live chat. They will not only be able to answer all your questions and advise you as to the most suitable vehicle and finance options (if required) for you, but will be able to send you photographs and videos of specific vehicles that are of interest to you. Purchases can be completed via telephone, e-mail or online and we can offer a Covid safe ‘click and collect’ service in an outdoor area, or for an additional charge we can arrange Covid safe home delivery.

Our aftersales departments, including Bodyshops, will remain fully open and will continue to operate in a Covid safe manner as they have done for many months. The only changes are that we will not be able to allow customers to wait inside our dealerships, although we will continue our current social distanced booking in process at Service Reception. We also will sadly have to suspend our Saturday club valet service.
