Due to continued growth, we now have multiple opportunities for Part Time Customer Service Advisors to join us at our dealership in Grimsby.Opportunity of 5 shifts a week, 5 hours a day Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.

What will I be responsible for?

Operating as part of our booking team, the successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for driving positive change within the business, focussing on driving booking levels across all departments in our dealerships. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and processing inbound service enquiry calls.
  • Contacting existing customers to remind them of their car being due Service/MOT and booking an appointment for a day for the work to be carried out.
  • Informing existing customers of their options regarding the different levels of service available and effectively upselling other promotional products and services.
  • Manage, respond and log all incoming enquiries.
  • Liaise with customer and workshop in regards to vehicle repair.
  • Follow up on vehicle sales leads to qualify potential customers.
  • Sell Hartwell service maintenance packages to reduce cost of ownership for our customers.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

Proven call centre / customer service experience.

Excellent communication skills.

  • A clear telephone voice.
  • Highly motivated and able to work to targets.
  • Good time management and the ability to work without supervision.
  • Be computer-literate, although training in specific company software will be given.
