Due to this continued success and growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Vehicle Sales and General Administrator to join our team at our newly refurbished dealership in Watford.
Reporting in to the Administration Manager, the successful Vehicle Sales and General Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team.
Joining the team as a Vehicle Sales and General Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Registration of used cars.
Collating and auditing deal files to current Hartwell standards.
Sales team support and communication with other dealerships.
Ensuring all documentation relating to vehicle delivery is completed accurately and on time.
Support to Sales and Showroom Managers along with chasing through Finance Proposals and Payouts.
Accounts functions include banking for the Watford branch.
The successful candidate needs to preferably have previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator although this is not essential.
The successful applicant will need to be:
Possess excellent attention to detail whilst complying with time restraints.
