Smart Service+ Terms and Conditions

Service Plans are not available on premium sports, prestige, commercial or vehicles with engines over 6 cylinders.

Service Plans are subject to acceptance and some vehicle exclusions may apply. Service Plans include all parts, labour, oils and fluids specified as compulsory by the relevant service ( manufacturer or Hartwell Value Service) but excludes cam belts and any other items identified as recommended but not compulsory during the service. The owner is responsible for authorising and paying for any additional work.

Services must be booked at any Hartwell dealer within 30 days or 1000 miles (whichever comes first) of the service interval date. Customers should ensure they book their MOT on or before the appropriate due / expiry date. Service Plans are non refundable but the balance of your Service Plan account can be transferred to a new or used vehicle purchased from Hartwell at any time within the Service Plan period.

These plans are not based on your mileage.

*We can collect your vehicle from either your home or work and bring it back to you within a 10 mile radius. **Discount from the Government recommended price prevailing at the time.
